Do you accept gm pass-key iii+ / modern vats delete (2006-2015) modules from Nevada?
Yes — we receive modules from Las Vegas, Reno, Henderson, Sparks and the rest of Nevada regularly. With about 2.5 million registered vehicles statewide, trucks, SUVs & imports are the bulk of what we see from Nevada.
Is there a gm pass-key iii+ / modern vats delete (2006-2015) shop in Las Vegas I should use instead?
Most Las Vegas shops don't keep the bench equipment for gm pass-key iii+ / modern vats delete (2006-2015) — they'd forward the module to a specialist anyway, which adds a markup and a middleman. Going direct to us is usually faster and cheaper. Cross-country west — about 2-3 days each way.
Does Nevada vehicle inspection or emissions testing affect this service?
Nevada requires emissions testing in the Las Vegas (Clark) and Reno (Washoe) urban areas; rural counties are exempt. Our service is bench module programming only — you remain responsible for your vehicle's compliance with all Nevada and federal requirements.
Is this the same as your $250 GM VATS Delete?
No. That service covers the 1986-2005 resistor-pellet VATS system. This one covers the newer Pass-Key III+ transponder immobilizer on Global A ECMs (2006-2015). GM's tools still call the ECM-side check "VATS" on these controllers, which is why both names appear here — but the work, the controllers, and the price are different.
Will the security light and every anti-theft function disappear?
The ENGINE will no longer depend on the immobilizer authorization — that is what makes it start. The BCM remains part of the vehicle's security architecture and is not modified, so we don't promise every security indicator or function goes away. If the security light matters to you, tell us the exact symptom when you text the label.
