Is there a gm tehcm solenoid-pack tcm clone shop in Cheyenne I should use instead?

Does Wyoming vehicle inspection or emissions testing affect this service?
Wyoming has no statewide periodic vehicle safety or emissions inspection program. Our service is bench module programming only — you remain responsible for your vehicle's compliance with all Wyoming and federal requirements.
How much is it and how does the mail-in work?
It is $250 flat. After a technician verifies your VIN and both module part-number labels, you ship the units to Auto Module Lab in Arlington, TX. We clone the data on the bench, test communication, and ship both back with tracking — return speed your choice at checkout (Standard $24.95, UPS 2-Day $54.95, or UPS overnight $94.95). Inbound shipping to the lab is customer-paid with your choice of carrier.
What is a TEHCM and why does replacing the solenoid pack need programming?
The TEHCM (Transmission Electro-Hydraulic Control Module) is GM's transmission control module — and on the 6L and 6T six-speeds it is integrated into the valve body / solenoid pack rather than being a separate box. So when a mode-switch or solenoid fault forces you to replace the pack, you replace the module too. The new pack carries no VIN, no calibration, and none of your transmission's learned adaptation, so it has to be programmed to your car before it will shift correctly. Cloning your original's data onto the donor is how we do that on the bench.
