Before you order
You diagnose, we service the module.
We don't have your car and we don't diagnose it. Order once you or your mechanic have confirmed this module is the cause. If the work is completed and the car still has the same symptom because of another fault, the work is still done — a bench re-test under warranty is free.
A clone copies what is in your module.
We transfer the data as we read it. If another shop or tool already worked on the module — an unfinished clone, a tune, a delete — that data can come across too. Tell us before you ship.
What "plug-and-play" means.
No dealer programming should be needed when your original data is intact, the donor matches your module (same type, hardware and software family) and the rest of the car works. It isn't a promise that the car will start or run.
All-keys-lost — proof of ownership required
Smart-key generation and all-keys-lost work is offered only for legitimate use: restoring your own vehicle, a purchased car, a repair, or a salvage/restoration project where legally permitted. Proof of ownership is required before we perform any key or immobilizer work, and a technician verifies fitment by VIN and module label before you ship. The customer is responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal law. Software key generation does not repair mechanical ignition, steering-lock, or column damage — those must be fixed separately.

Verify first: text or email us your VIN and the smart-key / certification ECU part number (and proof of ownership) and a technician confirms your system is supported before you ship anything. Once verified, remove the Smart-Key / Certification ECU and ship it to PO Box 120241, Arlington TX 76012 if you ship USPS — or 1009 Oakwood Ln # 120241, Arlington TX 76012 if you ship UPS or FedEx (UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box). We read it on the bench, generate the working key or reset the smart code, bench-test it, and ship it back via the return option you pick at checkout (Standard $29.95, UPS 2-Day $54.95, or UPS overnight $94.95).
