Will clearing the crash data turn my BMW airbag light off?
Yes — when the light is caused by stored crash data or hard faults in the ACSM / MRS, clearing it removes the cause. You still need the rest of the system healthy: deployed airbags, blown seat-belt tensioners, or damaged impact sensors must be replaced or the light will return with live codes.
