Will This Fix My Problem?
Honest answer: here's exactly what this service fixes — and what it doesn't.
Fixes:
- ✓Fuel pump runs constantly, or will not run at all
- ✓No crank / no start with a good battery and starter
- ✓Wipers running on their own or refusing to park
- ✓Doors locking and unlocking by themselves, horn sounding at random
- ✓Lights, blower, or accessories dead with no blown fuse
- ✓A used TIPM you installed that will not accept the vehicle
Won't fix:
- ✗A failure that is really just the fuel-pump relay — ask us first, it is a far cheaper fix
- ✗Wiring harness, ground, or connector faults downstream of the module
- ✗PCM, BCM, or cluster faults (different modules — we cover those separately)
- ✗Vehicles outside verified coverage — send your VIN and part number and we will confirm
Why the used TIPM you bought did not work
Techs discover this the hard way: a used TIPM keeps the identity of the vehicle it came from, and the factory Restore Vehicle Configuration procedure does NOT rewrite the VIN on a used module. That is why junkyard units so often fail in someone else's truck. We write the VIN at the module level on the bench with dedicated Chrysler tooling, so the unit that arrives already belongs to your vehicle. It is the same work the dealer bills a module replacement plus programming for.
Shipping Instructions
These details are also emailed to you the moment your payment clears.
You send nothing in — this module ships TO you. Before ordering, text or email your VIN and the part number printed on your existing TIPM (usually a 68-prefix number) so we can confirm the exact match. Outbound shipping speed is selected and paid at checkout — Standard $24.95 (3–5 days), UPS 2-Day $54.95, or UPS overnight $94.95. Your old TIPM has real core value — ask about a core credit and we will send a prepaid label.
What to include in your box
- Nothing — we ship the programmed TIPM to you
- At checkout: your VIN (required — it is written to the module)
- Text or email the part number off your old TIPM before ordering
- Tell us your exact symptoms — some failures are the relay, not the module
