Will This Fix My Problem?
Honest answer: here's exactly what this service fixes — and what it doesn't.
Fixes:
- ✓ECM failed — no communication, no start, or dead injector drivers
- ✓Used ECM installed and the truck cranks but will not run
- ✓Water-damaged or corroded engine computer
- ✓Dealer wants module price plus a programming fee on top
- ✓P0601 / P0602 / P0606 internal control module faults

- ✗Mechanical engine faults, wiring, or sensor problems that only look like ECM failure
- ✗Performance tuning or custom calibrations (we ship factory calibration only)

Why the junkyard ECM did not work
A GM engine controller is married to its original VIN and carries a calibration built for that truck's exact engine, transmission, and axle ratio. Drop in a donor and you get a no-start, a theft light, or a truck that runs badly and throws codes. Bench-flashing the correct current calibration against your VIN is what makes it a real plug-in — and that is included here, not billed separately.

You send nothing in — this module ships TO you. Before ordering, text or email your VIN and the service number printed on your existing ECM so we can confirm the correct controller and calibration. Outbound shipping speed is selected and paid at checkout — Standard $24.95 (3–5 days), UPS 2-Day $54.95, or UPS overnight $94.95. Your old ECM has core value — ask about a core credit.
