Fixes:
- Replaced cluster shows wrong mileage
- Upgraded to a higher-trim cluster — needs VIN coding
- New cluster shows "Theft" or "Wait to Start" and will not crank

- Cluster needs to be matched to a different VIN after swap
Won't fix:
- Backlight LED failures (separate repair)
- Stepper motor / needle failures (we program, not rebuild)

Return shipping is selected and paid at checkout — Standard $29.95 (3–5 days), UPS 2-Day $54.95, or UPS overnight $94.95. For mileage sync, ship both the original (or its EEPROM dump / a clear mileage photo) AND the target cluster.
