Land Rover / Range Rover / Jaguar CEM (Fuse-Box BCM) Cloning — Mail-In Bench Service
Water got into the fuse box and now your Range Rover won't start, or a used CEM you fitted refuses to work? Mail in your original central electronic module plus a matched donor and we clone the VIN, config, and immobilizer data across on the bench — so the replacement drops in plug-and-play. Cloning where supported, verified by part number first.
Sending several modules? Add them all — one box, one return-shipping charge.
JLR CEM / fuse-box BCM — Range Rover L322/L405, Range Rover Sport L320/L494, Velar L560, Discovery LR3/LR4/L462, Freelander 2 / LR2 CJB, and Jaguar XF/XE/F-Pace/I-Pace (JPLA-14F041-BG / -BD, front + rear CJB). Verified by VIN + module label before you ship.

Will This Fix My Problem?
Honest answer: here's exactly what this service fixes — and what it doesn't.
Fixes:
- ✓Water intrusion flooded the fuse box / CEM and the vehicle now will not start
- ✓Multiple simultaneous electrical faults traced to a failed central electronic module
- ✓Used CEM installed and it refuses to work — carries the donor car's identity, not yours
- ✓Dead CEM being replaced and you want your VIN, config, and immobilizer data carried over
- ✓Corrosion- or heat-damaged CEM that still powers up — clone it before total failure
- ✓You want a second-hand fuse-box module made plug-and-play for your exact VIN
Won't fix:
- ✗Does not include the donor CEM — you source a part-number-matched used unit (we verify the numbers first)
- ✗Does not clone an original that is internally dead or unreadable — nothing can be copied off a module that will not respond
- ✗Does not program or virginize the key / RFA / KVM module — see our JLR KVM virginize service
- ✗Does not repair a no-start caused by fuel, battery, grounds, wiring, or a separate failed control module
- ✗Does not guarantee a bench-only clone on the newest platforms — some may need online JLR tools; we verify yours first
- ✗Does not remove or bypass the factory immobilizer — the immobilizer relationship is preserved
- ✗Does not bypass proof of ownership
- ✗Does not cover the engine ECM — see our Jaguar / Land Rover CPLA ECM clone service
- ✗Does not cover key programming or all-keys-lost — see our Range Rover / Jaguar key programming service
Flooded fuse box on a JLR? The CEM carries the whole car's identity
On Land Rover, Range Rover, and Jaguar the CEM sits low in the vehicle and a leaking sunroof drain or windscreen seal can pour water straight into it — the classic no-start-after-rain with a fistful of unrelated faults. The module stores the VIN, factory configuration, and immobilizer relationship, so a bare used unit from a breaker will never work: it still thinks it belongs to the donor car. This service clones your original's complete data onto a matched donor so it drops in plug-and-play. A dead or unreadable original cannot be cloned, some newest platforms may need online tools, and proof of ownership is required for any immobilizer-related work — a technician verifies your VIN and both module labels before you ship anything.
Shipping Instructions
These details are also emailed to you the moment your payment clears.
Verify first: text or email us your VIN plus clear photos of your original CEM/BCM label and the donor's label — a technician confirms the part numbers are a compatible match, and whether your platform can be done on the bench, before you ship. Then send both units (original + donor) to PO Box 120241, Arlington TX 76012 if you ship USPS — or 1009 Oakwood Ln # 120241, Arlington TX 76012 if you ship UPS or FedEx (UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box). We clone the data on the bench, test communication, and ship both back via the return option you pick at checkout (Standard $24.95, UPS 2-Day $54.95, or UPS overnight $94.95).
What to include in your box
- Your original CEM / fuse-box BCM (must power up and respond to be cloned) AND the donor module
- Jaguar two-module cars: both the front and rear CJB units if your platform uses them (we confirm which)
- Year, make, model, and platform code if known (e.g. 2010 Range Rover Sport L320)
- VIN of the vehicle
- The JLR part number off BOTH module labels — we pre-verify the match
- What is wrong now: water intrusion, dead module, cranks-no-start after a used-CEM swap, etc.
- Proof of ownership (title, registration, or bill of sale)
- Your name, return address, and an email or number we can reach you at
